MEN’S WELLBEING · FOUNDING COHORT
FROM WORRIER TO WARRIOR
Six live online evenings for men who are tired of carrying everything in their heads.
Tuesdays, 7:00–8:30 pm · 10 November–15 December 2026 · Live on Zoom
Founding cohort: £119 · Limited to 12 men
You may be the man other people rely on. You go to work, solve problems, make decisions and keep things moving. But when somebody asks how you really are, the answer is usually: “I’m fine.”
Underneath, your mind may rarely switch off. Work, relationships, money, family, change and responsibility can follow you into the evening. You keep functioning, but you may feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what comes next, or simply exhausted by carrying everything alone.
From Worrier to Warrior is a practical, supportive six-week programme for men who want to handle pressure differently, understand themselves better and find a calmer, stronger way forward.
This is not therapy. You will not be forced to disclose anything you do not want to share. It is facilitated personal development, combining grounded conversation, reflection and practical techniques you can use in everyday life.
THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF YOU:
• spend too much time overthinking
• feel responsible for everyone and everything
• are navigating work pressure, separation, divorce, loss or major change
• find it difficult to slow down or talk honestly about how you feel
• have lost some sense of direction or purpose
• want strength without having to pretend that nothing affects you
• would value genuine conversation with other men in a respectful space
THE SIX-WEEK JOURNEY
WEEK 1 — THE WEIGHT WE CARRY
Recognise the roles, expectations and pressures that men often carry silently, and the cost of always saying “I’m fine.”
WEEK 2 — THE WORRIER
Understand overthinking, automatic reactions and the need to anticipate, fix and control everything.
WEEK 3 — GETTING OUT OF YOUR HEAD
Learn practical grounding, awareness and calming techniques that help you become present when your mind is running ahead.
WEEK 4 — WHAT DO I ACTUALLY FEEL?
Develop emotional awareness without turning the group into therapy. Explore anger, grief, fear, shame, frustration, loneliness, love and vulnerability.
WEEK 5 — THE WARRIOR
Move beyond aggression or bravado into responsibility, boundaries, values, courage, integrity and deliberate action.
WEEK 6 — A WARRIOR’S HEART
Bring strength and compassion together. Decide what kind of man you want to be and how you will carry the work into your relationships and everyday life.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Six live 90-minute Zoom sessions
• A small founding cohort of no more than 12 men
• Practical exercises and reflection between sessions

• A grounded, straightforward approach with warmth and humour
ABOUT ANDREW
I have spent much of my working life in environments where men are expected to cope: the British Army, logistics, local government, environmental fieldwork and operational roles. I also work as a mentor, teacher and facilitator, supporting people through change, development and deeper self-understanding.
This programme grows from both professional experience and lived experience. I know what it is to carry responsibility, face major life change and discover that real strength is not the absence of feeling. It is the ability to meet life honestly, calmly and with courage.
