I’ve become increasingly mindful that I mustn’t forget to dedicate consistent time and attention to my own personal and spiritual development. I believe many of us have a natural desire to continue growing and evolving in our journeys. Even though I’ve been using my ability to connect to the Spirit World and work with clients for a number of years now, the ongoing quest to learn new skills and deepen my understanding is a continuous and rewarding process. This allows me to offer a wider range of services and to assist people in more diverse and meaningful ways.

Recently, I achieved certification with the Soul Awakening Academy, having completed the Introduction to Spiritual Life Coaching Diploma. While I have applied these teachings informally for some time, this official recognition now affirms and strengthens my skills in a formal capacity. In addition, I have attained my Usui Reiki Level II practitioner qualification, which enables me to connect with the Universal Life Force energy in a new and profound way.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to be running a wonderful Trance Healing and Energy Healing weekend here in Norfolk at the end of August 2025, alongside Dr Liz Sparkes. This event will allow me to put these newly acquired skills into practice, become more deeply immersed in the healing energy, and collaborate with a fantastic group of dedicated students. Ultimately, I plan to pursue the Reiki Master Level of attunement, but for now, I hold deep gratitude for everyone who is supporting me on this path, helping me to serve you in even more expansive ways.

I feel deeply blessed to have discovered so many wonderful people, who have opened my eyes to the wonderful skills of many who dedicate much time and effort to helping others.
